Development Standards

As a voting member of the Whitley County Plan Commission, the Whitley County Engineer has contributed to the Whitley County Zoning Ordinance and continues to contribute to the work on the revisions to the Subdivision Control Ordinance.  The Whitley County Engineer will review Development Plans for commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential developments for compliance with all drainage, highway, and engineering standards.  The requirements for a Development Plan are provided in Chapter 7 of the Whitley County Zoning Ordinance.
