Incorrigibility Referrals

Pursuant to Indiana Code 31-37-2-4, parents and/or legal guardians may refer children to the Whitley County Probation Department for being Incorrigible. Procedures have been established for making such a referral. Please follow carefully the direction on the referral forms available here.
